2. · Cancellations must be made up to 2 days before the swim date and are subject to a charge of 8% of the total amount.

3. · Cancellations with less than 2 days will not be refunded, but may make date change.

4. · No-Show no refund.

5. · There are no refunds after you accept the change of date.

6. · There are no refunds in the Whale Shark tour. You can only reschedule once.
