The route may include:

Venture out on a panoramic flight over Madagascar’s diverse environmental wonders, getting the best aerial view of some of its well-known wonders.

  • Makay and the deep final frontier of Madagascar (18 hours minimum)
The Makay Massif is an almost unrecognized location that has yet to see a big rise in tourism. It is a mountain formation said to be one of the least explored and most remote areas of Madagascar. The range is a research haven and has been the main point of many scientific expeditions. It includes a diverse amount of biodiversity, indigenous plants, wildlife, and reptiles.

Makay’s unique ecosystems, its local people, and their relationships with nature– make it a unique place with its outstanding biodiversity and preserved ecosystems. It’s perfect for those looking for an off-the-beaten-country experience taking in some of the most interesting wildlife viewing in the world. This helicopter trip offers an unparalleled view of the Makay Massif’s remote beauty. The passengers also get a chance to capture the mesmerizing play of light and shadow on the untouched terrain- creating a visual symphony of colors. It provides a visual feast for any nature enthusiast thereby creating the memories of a lifetime.
  • Highlands, Antsirabe, and Ranomafana rainforest (12 hours minimum)
Another option that our tour plan offers is an aerial flight southwards over Highlands towns like Ambositra that takes you to Ranomafana. It is a beautiful and wildlife-rich upland rainforest national park. It is located in the Fianarantsoa Province of southeastern Madagascar. The name Ranomafana stands for "hot water" in Malagasy. Doing justice to its name, the park is home to hot springs. It is the country's fourth-largest protected area and is home to 12 species of lemur, including the Golden Bamboo Lemur. The park is Madagascar’s fourth national park and serves as the home to the greater bamboo lemur and the golden bamboo lemur. The range of altitudes in the park produces a variety of forest types. This includes the lowland rainforest and cloud forest. Tourists may also chance to glance upon notable birds like the ground rollers, blue vangas, short-legged ground rollers, and brown mesites.

This flight plan also includes a tour over Antsirabe, the third-largest city in Madagascar and the capital of the Vakinankaratra region. Known for its relatively cool climate, several buildings in this city date back to the first decades of the 20th century. These include the Hôtel des Thermes, the railway station, and the residence for French retirees. Other prominent sites for the tourists to aerially enjoy include the la Stèle de l'Indépendance and the two public markets: Antsenakely and the bigger Asabotsy.

  • Andilamena and the mining and wild savanna area (4 hours minimum)

Tourists also get an opportunity to venture into a rural commune in Madagascar's Alaotra-Mangoro Region, the commune of  Andilamena. Fly over the area’s mining and wild savanna area on this helicopter ride for an exciting aerial adventure. Tourists get a unique opportunity to witness the expansive mining landscapes.
