REFUND POLICY

We refund 100% of your money if:

*51% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period)
based on Miami Beach as a location.
*Winds 21 mph or higher on the day of the rental.
*In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term.

 According to bareboat charter operations, we have to give you options for captains, and once you select the captain, YOU the "CHARTERER" (person who rents the boat) is responsible for paying the captain fee separately from the SAILOR.

*The captain fee is NOT Included in the description.

*That is paid on the day of the trip.

*The minimum rental is 4 hours.

*It is important to remember that the price of tip is not included in your offer, and must be paid the same day of your trip before boarding.
