SUP Discovery

What to expect

Discover the joy of SUP paddling with a beginner-friendly lesson and practice session on our stable boards. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the basics, and a support boat ensures your safety while you explore the tranquil waters.

What to bring

Bring your swimwear, towel, hat, sunscreen, t-shirt and plenty of drinking water. In addition, we recommend a strap for your glasses/sunglasses and water-shoes or similar for walking over the stones.


Meeting point

On the road from Rhodes to Lindos take the exit to Stegna. Follow the road all the way down to the sea then turn LEFT on to the beach, after 100 meters you will find us on the beach next to Kozas Studios.


Please Note

  • Participants should be in general good health and able to swim in open water.
  • Some participants may face more difficulty than others in maintaining their balance. Nevertheless, it’s completely acceptable to sit and paddle, like a kayak.
  • Children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.
  • While we recommend a minimum age of 10 for this activity, younger children who can confidently swim on their own are welcome to join their parent on the same board, at no additional cost. Please indicate this in the ‘special requirements’ during the booking process.
  • In case of unsuitable weather conditions or if the minimum amount of participants has not been met, you will be offered an alternative date or receive a full refund.
