ARRIVAL IN ZAMBIA

We guarantee your safety and convenient pick-up and drop off in your next trip to Zambia, our English speaking and professional drivers will be waiting for you at the airport with a sign with your name on it. A shuttle bus or something similar will be used for the transfers. Should you wish to be dropped off or picked up from other locations, please let us know as different rates will apply to specific locations.

*Minimum of 2 persons per transfer is required. Rates are 5.5% tax exclusive. 

**A confirmation voucher will be emailed once your booking has been made, no print-outs needed. Your driver's information will be sent seven days prior to the service booking.

ZTT ensures that:

  • All of the vehicles are well equipped with operational safety seat belts, functional air conditioning, clean, and well-maintained. 
  • All of the drivers are professional and have an excellent safety record
  • The drivers should always drive at a reasonable speed and should not be speeding up. 
  • The drivers should never use their cellphone while driving.
  • The drivers should drive on central streets when applicable and avoid driving on backstreets.
  • Aside from your guides, drivers should never pick a ‘friend or comrade” or anybody else while transporting our delegates. 
  • The drivers should never smoke in the vehicle, not before or during transporting our traveling. 
  • The drivers should always be polite with the delegates and willing to help
  • Drivers must be instructed to meet travelers inside the airport with a visible sign upon exit from customs/baggage claim.

• Face masks are required for travelers and guides in public areas. 

• Tour equipment is sanitized before and after usage.

• Hand sanitizers are available to travelers and staff. 

• High Traffic areas are regularly sanitized. 

• Regular temperature checks are conducted for the staff, before and after the tour. 

• Regular temperature check before the tour will be done for the travelers. 

• Transportation vehicles regularly sanitized, before and after use. 

• Social distancing will be enforced throughout the duration of the tour.
